Two thumbs up for Frank/ CW Crates & Pallets! Frank and his crew provided “excellent” service, logistics/ rigging services for various buyers for an Auction we were involved with. This project was most challenging, due to the equipment (some being large processing lines) being at two locations, also time frames (some bad weather mixed in as well), and some equipment needing to be palletized/ moved around to make pathways for other buyers to pick their items up. Exceptional packaging & customer service. The entire staff including Heidi, Frank, Wendy, Tyler, Jason and Zach are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They worked together to help us resolve an issue with a shipper who damaged our product. Fortunately, CW photographed the item after they packaged and protected it onto a pallet. We would have had far more difficultly winning the claim against the shipper if not for those pics and high quality packaging.
Sales person(tyler) was excellent. Not only did I get my pallets but they also have plywood, saved serious time and money vs box chains... will definitely be returning and would recommend stopping by for Pallet needs and good plywood pricing. Thanx
