If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company are scammers. They do anything in their power to not pay detention. They want you to fill out a detention form, send them an ELD log, and the POD. I did all 3 of these things, but apparently they say the macropoint updated at a later time, even after showing them screenshots and undeniable proof of my driver sitting at Meijer's in Lansing, MI for over 12 hours. Worked with Matthew at brokerage and worked with CW for many years and broker is great. Good people work in the company and they are doing things right!
Stay away from this Company. Highly unprofessional they dont answer phones they lie like there is no Tomorrow. They hang up in your face and many more unprofessional moves. Stay away for your own good.
Very rude and unprofessional afterhours team, the moment you cal they yell we got your email will respond . Response.. . Checking. Then nothing, you try to call again they just put you on hold and keeps you on hold without even answering. So I hope you don't have to deal with their afterhours
