CVS Store/Pharmacy west 7th street Reno NV location has always had great customer service , renovating this location and then closing store a couple years later a bad business decision -
Pharmacy staff is very rude. Don't have any clue how to deal with people with mental health issues. Will be rude and hang up on you get the slightest tone in your voice. They have numerous complaints about how they treat people but have a high rating all of a sudden. Yesterday it was a 2.5 now a 4, very suspicious and doubtful. Must be friends and family giving good ratings
Oh boy did this pharmacy staff make it hard to appreciate them! They made a mistake and made me return to the store 3 times and practically beg for them to make it right. When they finally did, they did it with obvious resentment. Why not just help? My experience was of very poor service overall.
