Waited for 45 minutes for someone to come to the electronics counter to unlock a game cabinet so I could make a purchase. At least I saved some money, because no one came please hire more people if theres a staffing issue! We know they have the bucks and the students need jobs!
I avoid this store at all costs, but unfortunately i had to go in there for a gift that was a target exclusive. The item was locked up and i rang the bell. 2 upper management were a few aisles down stroking each other egos and about 10 employess walked by. The store was a ghost town. why did it take 20 min for someone to unlock the cabinet? I let the upper-whatever manager know his stores service is garbage. Plus it always smells like pee when you walk in.
This store has no interest in assisting customers with disabilities or putting stockers @ night so customers can access all areas of the stock on the main floor. This location hires very disrespectful representatives to "push away" business!!
Always something new.
