Well, I called the CVS Regional Office, and I was told that Federal Law gives the drug store Pharmacist the power to refuse to fill a prescription if they are uncomfortable with it!. Unbelievable!! A pharmacist who doesn't know anything about Angelika's medical history or all the pain and level of pain she's in, is uncomfortable with filling a prescription by a UNC pharmacist and pain management team that's been treat her for the past two years.
