Extremely bad experience from manager Luis Cabanillias. I went to the store for adhesive surgical bandages. My father recently back surgery. There was a family emergency so I was in the area to help. I walked into the store looking through the aisles trying to find the gauze. After looking around a couple aisles I saw a gentleman walking across the store I approached him and said excuse me three times as he looked up and looked back down just kept walking. I mostly go here for vaccines and pick up my prescription, which picking up my prescription goes smoothly because I only have the one, but I'm reviewing about the most painful vaccination I've ever had from last fall. I need a different vaccination this week and scared I might get the same guy who did it so poorly last time. Felt like a knife stabbed my arm. If I could give a ZERO I would!!!! Just about the rudest pharmacy staff I have EVER encountered!!!!! My order was supposed to be delivered I get a text saying I have one day left to pick up even though I did the delivery order DAYS ago. I check the app it says ready to ship NOT OUT FOR DELIVERY So I call leave a message 15 minutes later I get a text saying my order was delivered. Wish I could give zero!!! I was at ER last night and got told I have the flu. My pharmacy, Walgreens didn't have the medication, so transferred to CVS as they told my pharmacist that they had the last box . Hours later I found out that they did'nt have any. After reading a message that they were filling it. By noonish I found out they didn't have it, only because I kept checking. And it always said filling it.
