I had an extremely disappointing experience with Keyla at this CVS location. Her attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. The way she communicated with me lacked basic courtesy and respect, and instead of trying to help, the interaction only made the situation more frustrating. Customer service should include patience, professionalism, and respectful communication, especially in a pharmacy/store where people often come in needing assistance.
