This location advertises same day printing service, which is a convenience to those without a printer and in need of documents in a hurry. I placed a printing order yesterday with the estimated pickup time being the same day. After waiting a day for my confirmation email I drive to this location for them to tell me they don't print anymore. Since I placed this order as a guest, there is nowhere on the website for me to dispute or request a refund. Now I'm out my documents AND my money!

I was there twice first time in the pharmacy there was a guy who just absolutely shouldn't be working in front of people..he complained about the equipment he was working with loud and rude enough that customers heard him you just don't do that.. the second time I waited in the drive thru for more then 30 mins until I finally drove around d and went inside and they was still talking to the woman. Theresa & her manager (guy with glasses and curly) do not need to work customer service . I go in to shop an Instacart order for a customer ( 5 items) i only needed help to find 2. I go over to find someone to help me which happened to be Theresa. I proceeded with “hey goodmorning can you help me find these items?” mind you I only need help finding two. She says” Are you doing doordash?” I say “no.” She proceeds to say she can’t help me find the items but she can point to the aisle it MAY be on & that she doesn’t work for do... read more

This CVS has the RUDEST employees on staff. I stopped by for a passport photo and was told “their systems were down.” I inquired if this problem was impacting all CVS locations or just this one (reasonable question to ask if you were trying to get your photo taken that day.) The employee rudely told me to “check my attitude” and informed me they weren’t even able to do passport photos here because they don’t have a screen. So, do yourself a favor and head over to Walgreens where they’ll actually be polite and helpful!
