I have never been treated so rudley by a cashier before. Should have gotten her name, but failed to. I had received coupons in the mail and was trying to find the associated CVS account with the coupon (my husband has a different one than I do) and she was clearly annoyed. She was clear that it was not her job. I agree...it is not, but a little friendlier customer service should not be such an ask. This will be my last visit to this particular CVS.
Associates, Pharmacists and Store Manager are always pleasant and helpful.
