I have never been treated so rudley by a cashier before. Should have gotten her name, but failed to. I had received coupons in the mail and was trying to find the associated CVS account with the coupon (my husband has a different one than I do) and she was clearly annoyed. She was clear that it was not her job. I agree...it is not, but a little friendlier customer service should not be such an ask. This will be my last visit to this particular CVS.
Associates, Pharmacists and Store Manager are always pleasant and helpful.
I am at the point of never shopping at CVS again as their business plan and customer service are dismal. WHENEVER I GO IN A CVS THERE IS 97% OF THE TIME NO EMPLOYEES IN THE FRONT. One has to search for them. There should always be someone behind the cashier desk to greet, to answer questions, and to check out (NOT SELF CHECK OUT...we contribute to job loss and cutting back whenever we use self check out).
