Pharmacy lady that cashed me out was very rude. I had stated that I had two medications that needed to be picked up and she insisted on telling me that there was one. I contacted the doctors office and they said it was an insurance issue I wasn’t using insurance I was paying out-of-pocket as I did for the first medicine that I already picked up. She refused to look into the computer and find the other medication that I was supposed to have receive, now I get to make another trip back.
my experience at this pharmacy was genuinely alarming. i am on palliative care dying. CVS refuses all the time to fill ANY prescription. i litterally have to call the 1800 number to cry and beg for my prescriptions like BEG… if the people behind the counter don’t like you be prepared to wait. it’s just terrible they need help.
