Fairly clean store, no major problems, however the line for checkout was really long and they only had one cashier. Went to the Self Checkout and had to wait for a "Karen" that was complaining about everything coming up the wrong price. She finally decided to just pay what it said and then she got in line to complain with the cashier. I got to the self checkout, paid for my two things in less than a minute and was on my way. I've been coming to this location - Lynnfield Street - for at least 12 years, have purchased anything and everything from this store, love using their coupons and have always felt their front-end staff was friendly and helpful. However, after visiting their pharmacy today, I will NEVER return there to pick up meds for myself or my family. The woman who waited on me was extremely rude - raising her voice at me, insulting me, and rolling her eyes. They close at 10 even though it says 11 every night
I truly think that the CVS team at 79 Lynnfield is truly the BEST! Every time there is an issue with any of our prescriptions, the pharmacist and technician always go above and beyond to make sure we receive our medications. Not an easy task considering my husband has diabetes! The pharmacist technician even applied a discount coupon automatically without me asking when insurance would not cover our necessary medications! That is what I call customer service.
