I had a very disappointing experience at CVS Pharmacy on 5870 Silver Hill Rd. I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes, which was already frustrating. While waiting, I witnessed the pharmacy manager shouting and arguing with another customer. His tone was loud, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. What was most concerning was that he threatened to withhold the customer’s medication during the argument.
