I came inside the store and completed the info on the new online syatem and stated that two medicines were ready but asked if I wanted to wait for the third prescription, and I said Yes. I waited for 20 min. No one spoke to me, so after the lady came from the back to tell a man he would have to wait longer, I asked her how much longer for Harold Adams prescription. Just a few employees, not willing to work today machines are out of order with one not even having a sign on it and one lady had to ask for help because she didn’t want to do self check out. She actually wanted to go to the register what I witnessed was a poorly managed CBS and it’s unfortunate.
