I’d say this CVS on Imperial Highway in Yorba Linda is overall decent, but the biggest issue for me was how slow things felt during my visit. The store itself is actually quite nice — clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Shelves were stocked, and I didn’t have trouble finding most of what I needed. It’s clearly a well-maintained location, and from that standpoint, no complaints. Where things started to fall short was the service speed, especially at checkout and around the pharmacy area. This is a review for the Minute Clinic doctor at this location. The CVS manager, staff, and pharmacy have all been fantastic, so this is not a reflection on them. But the doctor at the Minute Clinic needs to be taught compassion and accountability for the lost revenue. Here is what happened today. My sister is sick. I helped her sign up for the waitlist.
