I’d say this CVS on Imperial Highway in Yorba Linda is overall decent, but the biggest issue for me was how slow things felt during my visit. The store itself is actually quite nice — clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Shelves were stocked, and I didn’t have trouble finding most of what I needed. This is a review for the Minute Clinic doctor at this location. The CVS manager, staff, and pharmacy have all been fantastic, so this is not a reflection on them. But the doctor at the Minute Clinic needs to be taught compassion and accountability for the lost revenue. Here is what happened today. My sister is sick. I helped her sign up for the waitlist. I always have mistreated for the pharmacy employees and is a feeling of discrimination today I went and they didn’t want to help me with a prescribed medication because was over the counter and I told them that I didn’t know the medication name because the doctor sent it directly to the pharmacy I got very upset and got a headache and anxiety attack I don’t think I coming back to this pharmacy
