The store is always very clean and the sales clerks are very nice and helpful and very knowledgeable, they greet you when you walk in, the yellow signs show extra savings, I Love that they always have great buys! And I love shopping here at the Lawrenceburg CVS They have great deals and quality pet products for my w Large fur Babies, I'm able to get them Good, Quality treats instead of having to shop at Walmart in but their trays here at CVS for a Good bargain
Never had any issues with employees or from thr pharmacy. Always helpful and a smile on their face. Store offers a wide variety of options to choose from
I am writing this review on behalf of a family member who was treated with shocking disrespect by staff at this facility. My family member left a voicemail with a legitimate question regarding concerns about their care and an appointment cancellation. Instead of responding professionally, staff members played the voicemail out loud where others could hear it, then proceeded to laugh and mock my family member for simply asking a question. if i could give 0 stars i would. the pharmacist and pharmacy techs should not be talking bad about patients where others can hear. extremely catty and unprofessional.
