I stopped by today and while waiting in line, I witnessed a cashier speaking very rudely and aggressively to an elderly customer who was struggling due to a language barrier. The situation was handled with a complete lack of patience and respect, and it was difficult to watch. Unfortunately, the cashier did not have a visible name tag, but I do have her cashier number #2373199 . I wanted to bring this to your attention, as this type of behavior reflects poorly on the business and should be addressed.
Absolutely do not go to the pharmacy at this location. The pharmacist named Niveen R personally administered medicine to my daughter that we found out and ,she later admitted, that my daughter did not need. Not only that, but she pressured my daughter into getting the medicine when she politely said no more than once. My daughter felt very pressured by Niveen.
