Eric and Alli were both incredibly helpful when I had an issue with my CVS Rewards. Even though there were some technical difficulties, they were patient, polite, and respectful the entire time while helping me and several other customers. I even saw another customer stop to thank Eric for his help, which says a lot. Great customer service and a solid team. I really appreciate the positive experience.
