I had placed an online order at this location, and due to some reason was not able to come to pick it up. I checked with cvs.com and they said that they can't reach the store and I should wait for auto-cancellation. I tried calling up the store myself and could never reach front desk, the computer never allowed to reach a human. A couple of days later I received an email that the order was picked up, and that too during the time when the store was closed. Now I have to fight with the customer service to get my money back
I used to go to the CVS on the Preston Rd and everyone was very nice , however this place is not so nice, there some lady FOLU and I have been so shocked to see how much she does not want to work, this is a second time I met her.. she is coming up with excuses to not complete the transaction. Stanley is great ,sadly he has to do her work. Very Rude.
The worker Khan is very rude. I was checking out and the machine was having a issue. He said it's my card I told him no it's the machine because it's not even moving to the processing stage. He didn't want to help and got agitated. I told him I either needed someone to ring me up or switch machines because I was on self checkout. He kept saying it's my card. So then he rung me up and I was correct and then instead of accepting he was wrong he said I had a age limit item which I didn't and that I surpassed that and it caused ... read more
Khan is always so helpful and kind He is friendly and always has a wonderful smile for me. You are lucky if you are a customer at this store and get to meet him!
Sammy, the manager, is seriously the best! I came all the way from San Diego and the service I received here was amazing. Sammy went above and beyond and made sure I left with everything I needed. Definitely came in clutch! I’d honestly come back to this CVS again just for the great service. If you come here, Sammy is the person to look for!
