5.7.26 The front store staff is not warm; not friendly. They receive a 2.9 rating for sure. However, the 5 star rating goes to Stanley and Kimberlyn in the pharmacy who go above and beyond every single time I work with them. Thank your customer service. Sometimes people with low EQ or from cultures that are very direct and warm are not warm, friendly or customer-service oriented. Stanely and Kimberlyn can teach them a class on how to be better period.

Do not go here if you need a passport photo. The guy at the register was extremely rude and said they take bad photos and basically told me I should go somewhere else, which I interpreted as he just didn’t want to stop doing what he was doing to help. I said they need to take that service off the listing if they don’t provide it. He pulled a warped image out from behind the counter and said they would do it if people want that. 1/5 Stars: A Masterclass in Corporate Apathy Trying to reach a live human at this pharmacy is a fool’s errand. Their "advanced" AI system is easily the worst in the industry; you can provide the exact verbal prompts it asks for, only to be met with a response that has nothing to do with your request. It is effectively impossible to verify if a prescription is ready, check a price, or—god forbid—speak to a pharmacist about a legitimate medical concern.
