Pharmacist just unilaterally cancelled all my fathers prescriptions, just because he didn't feel like giving the doctor a followup call to resolve a question. Pretty sure that's super illegal. If they let stuff like that slide, this whole outfit should be shut down.
These people totally suck!!, my Dr sent over a running prescription that gets filled monthly, but every month they fail to fill it & I have to call my Dr every month when I’m standing at the cvs counter with them saying no we don’t have it, I call my doctor & within minutes,… they have my prescription., they are so incompetent & not worth my time.
The Kiosks don’t work. The kiosk at the CVS store offer the capability of sending an email receipt to an email account which I love! However, if you need to update an email the kiosk time out within three seconds and will not allow you to update your email. I sent an inquiry to the national desk and they said sorry about that. You’ll have to call the national desk.
