Pharmacist just unilaterally cancelled all my fathers prescriptions, just because he didn't feel like giving the doctor a followup call to resolve a question. Pretty sure that's super illegal. If they let stuff like that slide, this whole outfit should be shut down.
These people totally suck!!, my Dr sent over a running prescription that gets filled monthly, but every month they fail to fill it & I have to call my Dr every month when I’m standing at the cvs counter with them saying no we don’t have it, I call my doctor & within minutes,… they have my prescription., they are so incompetent & not worth my time.
