I came to today and the cashier named Joseph was super helpful he helped me find what I was looking for so shoutout to him ! I like coming here because the people here are so attentive and care.

Very disappointing experience, very bad customer service. I came here with two small kids and the lady was super slow and unfriendly. In addition, she did not understand my doctor’s prescription and initially did not want to give me the medication. The prescription from the previous day had not been prepared for pick up . Asked if a specific medication was in stock due to shortages. Pharmacist accused me of being fraudulent and an addict. She then hung up on me. I have never been so embarrassed
Pharmacy must be short staffed or something, they take forever and there’s only one person filling prescriptions, handling prescription pick up and doing vaccines. I waited for 30 minutes and am so frustrated by this experience.
