Okay, the person that answers in pharmacy is a rude person. This place is a joke. Look into getting better customer service.
Pharmacy is supposed to open at 9:00am. It's 9:20 and it's still not open. Apparently nobody showed up for work. Absolutely ridiculous. What kind of management is this?
Do not use their photo services. They are not equipped for what is advertised, nor do they have the systems in place to complete orders that already have deposits put down. Furthermore, the customer service is nonexistent.
Pharmacist on site marks urgent medical requests as completed without a follow up call. Trying to reach them by phone results in 30-60 minutes on hold and then being hung up on. The lack of baseline professionalism or anything in the way of communication is deeply disappointing.
