I’m leaving this review regarding a same-day prescription delivery complication. This was not simply a package delivered to the wrong address: a prescription medication was delivered to another residence, creating serious patient-safety and privacy concerns. Great rewards program
The pharmacy and MinuteClinic staff are always helpful, and very patient! They answer phone calls kindly and are knowledgeable about navigating the CVS ecosystem. I don't interact with the retail staff as often, but the shelves are well-stocked and they are also kind and informed about items that are usually in stock/discontinued. Thanks to all the teams for taking care of us!
