It's midnight, I know the pharmacy is closed but this stupid IT person who set up the dummy bot, answering the phones has said sorry 18 times because when I ask for the store clerk, photo department, shampoo, makeup, condom section, or front store clerk cashier blah blah , The dummy keeps telling me..sorry I didn't get that, the pharmacy is closed.... Useless to the world over
May 30, 2026 Stopped in to get a Sunpass sticker but they were all out, they only had transponders.
Great customer support. Pharmacy is awesome, everything is need, calls when I need refills etc..
Staff intimidate customers. Just talked to manager of pharmacy who was extremely short with me. I have been waiting on someone to get back to me for a week on my prescription triazolam ,first they said I didn't have any refill left and would get back to wich they never did, second was my insurance didn't cover it and third that they had not refill any prescriptions for me in over a year. I have been a customer for at least 18 years at this and other locations.
