Worst customer service from the night shift manager (Wanda). She didn’t have a badge displayed, to see if that was her real name. But wouldn’t give me back my refund, from a purchase I had just done minutes before, because she didn’t know if she was able to do so. She told me to come back tomorrow morning and talk to the manager. I couldn’t believe how bad of a customer service she gave. My first and last time coming to this store.

I've never had an issue with this pharmacy at 2900 Broadway St Pearland TX 77581, plus my family has been coming here for years. Today the pharmacist in charge, Monica (no last name given), was rude to me when I asked how to apply my savings coupon that I had printed out earlier. Without verifying, she said it was already applied. I then asked how was it applied if I had just printed it.
