The Nurse Practitioner at this location does not care nor have any y compassion for the patients. She is selfish and prefers to keep patients sitting in the waiting area while she takes personal phone calls leaving .title patients in the waiting room waiting for more then 30 minutes. She will also pick and choose who she sees regardless of check in times.
Had a great visit with Anne, she was thorough, diagnosed me with the flu quick, got my meds and sent me on my way checking everything she needed to check all on her own. Minute Clinic review.
HEB pharmacy is across the street. CVS doesn’t answer any patient calls, they’re auto sent to voicemail. HEB will answer though, and beat CVS on pricing 👍👍
