Tooth and nail just to talk to a live person. Basically impossible. Go to the Walgreens down the street. The wait times there can be crazy but it's a cinch when you need to talk to the pharmacist

CVS has great customer service and wonderful coupons.
I’ve had issues with this pharmacy for years and will not be returning. I was told multiple times that a medication was out of stock, only to later confirm with another CVS Pharmacy that this location actually did have it available. Being given inaccurate information—especially about something as important as medication—is unacceptable. On top of that, the customer service was consistently rude and dismissive. This is the pharmacy that my family and I use. Pharmacists have the worst attitude. Please don’t interrupt them while they are working or consulting … Well hell if I have a question or if it’s something concerning a medication… that’s your damn job.
