I dont know who they have working in the pharmacy, but they have zero clue what theyre doing. And the funny thing is, ive never ever had issues with this pharmacy untill recently. I've been on the same BIrth Control for years. And ive been getting it from this specific pharmacy for years. They changed my Sprintec BC to another brand called Mili. I asked them why they changed it, and their reason was "because this is the brand we use. Its the same thing as sprintec, just a different manufacturer". So I started using mili. 2 m... read more
Online pick up order. Extremely disappointed. Pearland parkway needs additional personnel and better trained people
I like CVS it's easier to get in and out of the store and I used my coupon and saved a little money.
Dr. Latanya was great with my daughter. She made us feel seen. She worked diligently and explained the whole process. An added bonus was the medication was ready in literal minutes right after our visit at the CVS. It was very convenient and quality care.
After being disrespected by the pharmacist im the drive-thru today I have decided to take my business somewhere else. I understand that we all have bad days but acting downright hateful in uncalled for!
