Avoid the CVS pharmacy here. I had a question about the Minute Clinic and the lady pharmacist in the white coat looked up from her cell phone, was annoyed that I interrupted her and started talking to me like I was a 4 year old and was terribly condescending. Please work on your customer service.
The pharmacist in Pearland Tx. On Broadway st. by the name of Monica Vietnamese name Tuyet Tran is very rude and speaks down to customers. She acts like she's better than you. She needs to go through a customer service training course on how to treat customers. Not to be totally negative, but there is one Vietnamese male that works there. That is the pharmacist and he has always been very kind and helpful. That's why I gave two stars however he deserves 5 stars.
I keep trying to call to leave a voicemail bc I left a liquid medication in my car, and the call keeps having up before I can finish my message!!!! TERRIBLE PHONE SYSTEMS!!!!!!
