On 09/12/2025 at 1:50PM I accidently inserted wrong coupon in the slot while checking out my purchase. Clerk from the register tried to cancel the transaction but WASN'T able to do it; besides, she REPLACED the # of my ExtraCare card with DISCREPANT one. She stated that she wasn't able to fix the problem and called another clerk.
