After several days of trying to have my prescriptions successfully transferred to this pharmacy, I finally went to pick them up after work. My work schedule is extremely demanding, so I rely on being able to access the pharmacy after regular business hours when possible. Legit only leaving a review because why would you have a worker touch the screen to make sure i input a phone number in (which by the way, i do use and have discounts on. it’s literally the only reason i even come to this store almost every day) all because i was grabbing a soda at self checkout? the entire point is for me to not have to interact with a worker unless i need help. whoever yall have on shift harassing self checkout-out customers, which must be a new person given ive never had this happen with the younger emplo... read more
CVS pharmacist refused GoodRX. I have previously used GoodRX when my Medicare Part D did not cover a prescription. However, now they refuse to do so. I told them I would just pay cash and used Good RX but they said they would not accept it. Why? Because they just want to charge seniors extra. Terrible pharmacist. Must be new due that previously I was always allowed if I chose GoodRX. CVS should be ashamed of trying to gouge seniors.
