I recently visited a CVS location for a scheduled vaccine appointment and was extremely disappointed with the lack of proper sanitation procedures. The staff member administering the vaccine did not change gloves between patients, which is a basic and essential hygiene practice—especially in a healthcare setting. Five stars, as always. Friendly, accurate, and patient. I have never seen a harder working, more competent, or more helpful staff than the staff at CVS at Bellflower and Stearns in Long Beach.
