Top notch service and shop, brought my 115hp outboard in with a trim piston warranty issue. They had the part overnighted from Vancouver and back up and running for the weekend.
Just picked up a boat, had a couple of initial issues with it, both were fixed and parts arrived the day after I called. Awesome service thanks crew!
Such bad customer service. My father brought his boat in for repairs, they tried to sell him a new leg and transom plate for $11k saying they are discontinued. My partner and Dad found a rebuild leg and transom for $500 and had them install it. All together with a new starter total cost $4k ( including a new hitch). They said it was all good to go and was good as new. Except on our first trip out on the water the engine start smoking. They left the wiring all loose from the starter replacement and now blames us and won't hon... read more
