I went in to CV Marine to purchase a bow roller and found a suitable one that had shelf pricing of 105.00. When I got to the till, my total with a 5.00 cotter pin was 220. (Approx.). That didn't sound right and I questioned it. It turns out the bow roller was 199.00 - I said no the tag out here says 105.. The salesperson came out to the showroom and found that indeed the price was 105. She said "let me see what I can do" She looked up their cost and said that their cost was more than the listed price. Top notch service and shop, brought my 115hp outboard in with a trim piston warranty issue. They had the part overnighted from Vancouver and back up and running for the weekend.
Just picked up a boat, had a couple of initial issues with it, both were fixed and parts arrived the day after I called. Awesome service thanks crew!
