My family set up my credit union account when I was a kid. As a result I have been a member for 15+ years. In the last few years I changed my name and moved out of state. Changing my address with the bank was a bit difficult at no fault of theirs. Just being out of state and having a name change made identification over the phone complicated. They don't anwer the phone as part of standard practice. I'm not sure in what reality that is acceptable for a banking institution. Everytime I have ever had the need to call and speak to someone I have had to "leave a message". If somebody calls you back, the service typical. That's about all I can say.
I've banked here nearly my whole life. Generally it is a great bank, but when it comes to fraud and their help with that, they are horrendous. There are barely any ways to get in contact with anyone, and even then it's all robots. Every line I call says there is noone to take my call (it's a Wednesday, I've been calling for 3 hours, and it's not a holiday) so this may well just be the reason I stop banking here.
