Hubert Cutolo would not know what was legal if it smacked him in the face. He attacks unit owners, supports illegal processes, and god for bid you challenge him, you can bet on getting a very angry and aggressive email or letter, with attacks and accusations that are completely false. But i guess as long as he gets his hourly rate.....who cares right? This man needs to be reported to the Ethic and Grievance Department of NJ.
Stay away from this firm. They don’t adhere to the governing documents and align themselves with property managers. Their legal advice is shotty at best, and if you are waiting for ADR you will keep waiting. Lastly, that blighted office needs a deep clean, it’s gross. Do your research on NJcourts before hiring these churners.
07-15-25 Mr. Barros now ignores my request for ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) which I am legally entitled to. So is this a law firm or a lawless firm....you decide. I have so much to tell that will blow your mind wide open. I will be posting actual conversations that in all honestly you will not even believe. More to come....with actual quotes from Daniel Barros....you cannot make this up. I thank him for providing me his words exactly....compared to what the law states. You will never believe someone could be that stupid. Thank you Mr. Barros for showing us what you think of the law.
