We worked with Justin, who initially came across as friendly. However, our experience was disappointing. It felt like he was primarily interested in getting paid quickly—he prepared our trust paperwork, collected the fee, and then became unresponsive. After the documents were sent out, he did not return calls or make himself available to answer follow-up questions about the process. If Justin is a reflection of how this firm operates, we would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
