I adore this store so much!! I buy all of the cutest designer shoes, clothes, jewelry, sunglasses and handbags here. I can’t say enough about the uniqueness and quality they offer. New arrivals daily. Love, love, love it.
The owner is unfortunately just as unprofessional as the employees I have encountered at this business. They conduct themselves with very nasty, negative attitudes and are unwilling to hear a customer complaint or even fake an apology for negative experiences. It is clear now why this business is failing. Very unfortunate thing to experience as a customer, when both the owner and employees are unable to provide a pleasant experience.
The sale staff is so wonderful and helpful! Such a beautiful store with great selection and amazing prices!
I have been a C.U.T. customer for several years and am always blown away by the amazing customer service, welcoming atmosphere, and unbelievable quality of boutique overstock! I cannot recommend C.U.T. enough – they are a Jacksonville gem!
