I think there’s some good wood here and nice staff. However, I’ve noticed their pricing is a little bit high compared to other competitors in the Albuquerque area. It would be great to support a local business with competitive prices in the near future. Although they have some really beautiful cottonwood slabs that I might look into another day.
I have purchased several pieces of raw wood from Cut and Dry. I love their philosophy of recycling wood. Lionel has always been so helpful and informative. I have actually experimented with epoxy to bring the wood to life. I have attached some of my early pieces.

Lionel was awesome. Pulled slabs for me multiple times, updated me during the flattening process, and moister checked slabs for me. Made it too easy. No surprises with the wood or signs of insects
