I have been delivering to this warehouse for almost a year, and overall my experience has been positive. The office staff are friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. Most of the forklift drivers inside the warehouse are also professional and efficient. They usually unload my trailer within 45 minutes to one hour, which helps keep everything on schedule. Was good to me about 1 hour before appointment 11am....on a Wednesday Arrival 10am . Waited 15 min for door an was unloaded quickly. An people seem very nice inside, has restroom, vending machines. Thank yall for a great additude an quick service white star logistics..... Look forward to another unload. Have never loaded hear, only unloaded. Easy to back up to dock, not bad at all.. Cleaner lot , easy in an out.
