Do not waste your time trying to get a loan from this place
This bank branch needs to be improved. The teller who claims to have been a banker for 30 years doesn’t even seem to know how deposits and withdrawals work. The costs that I incur from this branch are sometimes significant. (The Newtown Square branch is very good, and the apps and bank in general is fine). But this Wayne/Radnor branch can be problematic. Just one example. I went in to transfer money today that had been in my account for over a week. I needed this money the same day but I needed it to be in a different accoun... read more

Worst banking hours possible.
We worked with Brian Love and had a great experience. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He made the experience very personal, the way banks were in the past. I would definitely recommend him and Customers Bank
