I was referred to apply w/this bank. I made my appoint and brought all documents needed. I met w/a senior loan officer & her office was like stepping into a daycare, toys everywhere. She excused the mess and stated she watches her grandson while she is working. Despite this unprofessional introduction I thought we had a great conversation about my plans. This bank branch has been with my family for years now. And I just set up my first debit visa with them, the girl helping me was very professional and very patient with all my questions I had towards my account. I totally recommend this place and ignore the old reviews, staff are funny, clean, and respectful. The personal banker that helped me was Julisa Rodriguez. 100/100
