Great experience with these guys, at every step of the process: scoping out the configuration (9 large, angled clear-story windows), reasonably quick delivery of the hardware, and quick and efficient installation.
We purchased some large shades and a valance from Custom Window Coverings, and Ed couldn't have been more helpful in getting us set up. He pointed us in the right direction for a more practical economical solution (indoor shades vs large, heavy outdoor ones), which we really appreciated. All in all a very positive experience and we'll return to them if we end up getting more shades.
The design and installation of the roller shades for our house was done efficiently and with a professional approach. The initial consultation provided all the information we needed to select our shades. The measurements for each opening were carefully done and resulted in a perfect fit for each shade. We have used them many times over the past 5 years at different homes. The last project was custom blinds for an 8x8 foot skylight twenty feet up. We stayed to watch install and they were clean, efficient and professional. They did a fantastic job!
We purchased an automated window shade covering and received EXCELLENT counsel and help choosing it from the salesman. Then a couple of weeks later, much sooner than originally expected, we had it installed by friendly, very efficient, installation technicians.
