this woman was so rude to me on the phone& it was so strange how she was speaking to me… as if she assumed i should know everything about reupholstery & how it works like she was ANNOYED THAT I CALLED HER. as if my business & my potential money pissed her off she does not have to worry about me & my 8k Givenchy bag coming to get fixed by her 🫶
Sandy at Custom Touch Upholstery knows her stuff. She does quality work at a great price. My wife often wants pieces of our furniture re-upholstered to make them look brand new and a different color. Sandy takes the time to listen to what you want and to go through fabric swatches with you in order to get everything perfect. Her attention to detail is impeccable. Her work is excellent. Her's is the only place my wife trusts to do Upholstery work on our furniture. We highly recommend Custom Touch Upholstery.
I recently moved into a new home and my 20 year old loveseat needed an update. I was fortunate to find Sandy as I am new to the area. She was upfront about whether she felt reupholstering the piece warranted the cost and how long I would have to wait before she could work on it. What I like most about Custom Touch is the personal touch. Sandy Hicks is a creative and thoughtful expert in taking what was old and worn, and turning it into something lovely, fresh and usable again. If I'm getting pieces reupholstered, then they must be special in some way. I trusted Sandy with favorite furnishings and family heirlooms - and always delighted when the big reveal occurs!
