ACCIDENTALLY armed the system (which honestly kind of a shitty feature to begin with that I can accidentally arm a system by barely touching it, god forbid you fall and bump it!) and had a manager (Aaron) call me to help me disarm it because I haven’t had an opportunity to set it up yet. Hunter was absolutely fantastic, I was in a bind and got some info from another company that was false but Hunter came and fixed everything I needed quickly and professionally. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. He was definitely my hero today.

Mike and Jackson from Access and Electric were very thorough in the maintenance of our community gate. Took the time to call when they got there, called when they found the problem, and let me know when they were on their way out.
