Who ever was answering the phone seemed like he was bothered. Did I interrupt him AT WORK ! Him: “Hello, who’s this ? “ Me: “Is this Custom Swagg” Him: “Yeah, who’s this ?” Me: A possible customer ?!?! Me: Dial tone settings….
I was extremely pleased with my first purchase which was very satisfactory and also much to my liking. However when I inquired about an additional order, my calls and texts were not returned for days and had to be readdressed on my behalf on more than one occasion???
