Non-Existent Aftercare I recently purchased a couch from this store, and while the product itself is good, it was delivered with a noticeable scratch on the side. Unfortunately, my experience with aftercare has been extremely disappointing. When I met with the owner, Rob, to address the issue, he was dismissive and rude.
