I have Hunter Douglas power honey comb blinds that I bought10 years ago. The store went out of business. When the clip and battery holder broke Custom Shades were so helpful. They gave me the clip and the batery holder to replace the old ones. Ben was super helpful as was Patty. Customer service was absolutely amazing. Strongly recommend the for shades and shutters
The best customer service in London! The store is beautifully laid out, clean and organized. Patty and Sydney went completely out of their way to help me with a couple of used blinds I had.
