I had a very good initial meeting with them in early 2025 to discuss a potential mutual fund tax issue. But they've since failed to respond to my follow-up phone calls and emails now that I have actual 2025 tax forms in hand. I'm ok with them not wanting my business. I'd just like to hear it from them, rather than being ghosted.
They do an excellent job!
This place is completely unprofessional. They tried telling me i was warned beforehand of the fees?uuuuh Excuse me if I was really told about the fees beforehand and knew it would be 300 I would have NEVER bothered them and i would take my w2s somewhere else. I obviously looked poor and easy to take advantage of to them because I had to call AND step in their office to make sure i did everything right on my part since they kept leaving info out intentionally in every conversation.
Thorough! We got our 2024 tax return in 10 days after submission! Highly recommend CPA!
