Very supportive and helpful with your care
Trying to do exercises daily I just purchased a ball and the stretch band to do the other exercises that I haven’t been doing really the only one I’m having problems with is the ankle rotation with my right foot that’s got drop foot other then that I’m doing ok today was the first time I’ve had a good day with limited pain in my lower hip and back legs felt pretty good as well
