I absolutely love our patches—they turned out amazing! Abigail was incredible from start to finish. She guided me through the entire process and was always available to answer any question I had, no matter how big or small. Her dedication and customer care were top-tier. Because of this experience, they’ve earned a customer for life. Abigail deserves a raise for the way she went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of.
I’m overly satisfied on the quality. Communication was very professional and they replied to every message and questions within a reasonable time frame. My order arrived to my doorstep within 3 weeks of me placing my order. There’s no minimum, However, the more you order the less you’ll pay per patch. I can't say enough about the professionalism and outstanding customer service in working with me in creating my vision into reality. The production team did an awesome job, I have received many patches from them in the past, and never had any complaints, even when I requested many changes.
