Replaced a defective remote control. Can now once again tune my theater with one remote controller.

They listened to my audiovisual issue and were able to address it on the same day. Mark was very courteous and knowledgeable, he fixed the main issue in just a few minutes. I had several questions about things and he patiently explained what was going on. I will definitely use them again, I am already thinking of a few new projects that I would like to have them do.
I was driving and saw one of there vans pass by so i call. I spoke with Mr Aaron and i knew that I was going to have to schedule an appointment. I told him my issue and did not know how to get my sound system to work. Mr Aaron came out, and fixed and helped me understand the remote the app on my phone. Glad I made the call.
