I ordered a custom-made door mat in July 2025. I approved a design proof, but the mat I received was not the same product—the material and style were completely different from what was shown. When I contacted the owner, Maria, I was told I would need to pay nearly double to have a correct mat made, even though I had already paid in full for the original order.
