WARNING! Do not deal with David and Mr. Gerard. They completely wasted our time and caused us financial loss. They made us pick up a trailer in NJ twice — both times there was no trailer as promised. We even cancelled a $2,200 load to accommodate them, based on their word. They promised to pay for the inconvenience ($400 plus tolls) and initially sent $200, but the remaining payment was never made. They claimed payment was sent via Zelle, but nothing ever arrived. I work as a broker with Bay and Bay and I booked a truck for a load with David S and we had a hiccup on the load but he and his driver were understanding and professional while dealing with adversity. I couldn't give them a higher score. They did a great job. Thanks Team.
