If I could give a zero star I would. I can't comment on the work because I decided against doing my project. After agreeing to return my deposit, chair and fabric several times - the owner ghosted me - basically stealing my money and property. Absolutely unprofessional and unethical.
Van driver cut us off on Washington Street and almost caused a collision. Tried to call and report but the number is no longer in service. Dont know anything about their work.
We recently had two living room chairs re-upholstered and the seat cushions refilled. We now have two new chairs which we love more than the originals. I highly recommend this company.
I called Kevin at 8 am for an in house couch rip repair and he came out same day to fix. He did a great job. Because the rip was a manufacturing defect, and not on the seams, he said the hand stitch repair would not look pretty. Could have fooled me; it lools like new. He was efficient and the couch looks great. Definitely recommend.
