If I could give ZERO stars I would. Custom ink has not only delivered absolutely horrible sloppy Artwork, they completely LIED and promised a reorder by a specific delivery date. Rushed delivery for the first order that was completely screwed up. They waited until THE DAY it was supposed to be delivered to tell me they could no longer after we spent an hour on the phone as they guaranteed it would be delivered by then. It is absolutely beyond my comprehension how Custom Ink is still in business. They continue to screw up the artwork I have uploaded during the ordering process, and site it is a "reorder", whereas, I am actually placing a completely new order. Who is their biggest competitor so I can use them instead?

Marcus, a local associate at the Regus-Scottsdale-Kierland location, has gone above and beyond for us every single time! He is patient, kind, and has top notch customer service! We know the quality of the products will match the quality of the design work.
