I payed $ 5.000 for a Caldonia bed on December 12th, 2020. After almost 6 months, no bed. I called 5 weeks ago and they told me about the Texas storm, and that next week containers were arriving with furniture and they were going to start calling the costumers for the delivery. One month later I am still waiting for the call. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. Do not buy here!!! My review is this is the worst business I have had the misfortune to deal with. Terrible at keeping shipping dates, and impossible to get a refund. They are excellent at giving excuses. Chances are, if you made a purchase then that is all you have purchased, excuses. For me 7K plus of them. If you feel you are a victim of this business under any of its representative names (3-4) you are far from alone. Contact their county law enforcement immediately.

I purchased over 5 years back and they were rude! I spent well over $6,000 on my first purchase and let’s just say I will never recommend them or buy from them ever again!!!

FRAUD ALERT! Ordered a set of 8 chairs in December 2020. They supposedly arrived in the country in April, per a generic email I received. Every time I asked them for an update, they told me it was shipped and they didn't know why I didn't have it. Now it is November 2021. They never gave me any information on shipping line and/or any kind of tracking info. Eventually they tell me they will refund me my money. Was told by owner 12/17/20 she would be mailing us another check. Per owner "A check was sent out by me to you. Now what happened to that check via USPS I have no idea. We are no longer sending checks via regular mail at this time. We had vendors that did not receive them either. If I do not hear from you I will assume you want me to send another check via UPS.
