Zero stars if that was an option. Took a couch to this guy for reupholstery over 4 months ago. No contact regarding the status whatsoever. I have called numerous times leaving a voicemail when able but most times the mailbox is full, sent emails, went by the shop and nobody's ever there. Guy took $800 from me and basically ghosted me on my couch. Do not patronize this business. Going to have to get the law and an attorney involved to retrieve my property.

Paul reconditioned and reupholstered two dining chairs for us. When we dropped them off March 29th, he tentatively said that they could be ready by April 20th but that he was very busy. Things ended up changing for us and Easter dinner was moved to our house. We called Paul to ask if the chairs might be done by then but made sure he knew it was okay if they weren't. We had chairs reupholstered and they turned out great. Paul promised a date, and met it. They are better than new now!
